Parapsychology's contribution to psychology

Parapsychology has been since its beginnings, linked to the idea of intangibles manifestations, as well as the psychological studies of the subconscious have done in the past; this is why both studies have remained themselves related in the scientific matter, and after the dead of Bob Morris president of the Parapsychology Association in 2004, it has maintain the same.
Born in 1879 and derived from experimental psychology, parapsychology began as part of the research associated to non-physical phenomenon, in which its representatives defend to be of great importance to the analysis of the mind. Many studies and topics have reinforced the idea that links these concepts together, like hypnosis and hallucinations; the work of Alvarado also deals with the idea of unconsciousness and spiritism.
The importance of both studies in the analysis of anomalous experiences are undeniable to the scientific area.
